Purpose

We aim to maintain a work environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Harassment, discrimination, and abuse in any form are not tolerated.

Scope

This policy applies to all Titanium Birch employees and covers all work settings, including our office, work events, social outings, conferences, work-related lodging, and all communication channels (in person and online).

Unacceptable behaviour

Abuse of power

We recognise that power dynamics exist in workplace and investment contexts, including between:

• Investors and founders
• Employers and employees
• Managers and team members

Titanium Birch team members must be mindful of these dynamics and must not use their position—whether intentionally or unintentionally—to pressure, manipulate, or coerce others, nor to justify inappropriate behaviour.

Discrimination

Comments, behaviours, or decisions that disadvantage, stereotype, or exclude people based on any group-based attributes are unacceptable.

Examples:

• Racial slurs
• Misogynistic, homophobic, or transphobic comments
• Threatening to reveal someone’s sexual orientation
